Can I return what I’ve bought?

"Yes, you can return any unworn purchases within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, simply log into your Level Shoes account, go to “My Orders,” select the item(s) you want to return, and follow the easy steps.

Returns are free, no matter where you are, and any applicable customs duties won’t be charged. All items must be returned unworn, unused, and with all original accessories (designer tags, shoelaces, dust bags, etc.). To prevent damage, please try on shoes on a clean, carpeted surface.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for earrings, skincare, fragrances, stockings, socks, e-Gift Cards, lotions, shoe-care products, sneakers purchased through raffles, or limited-edition styles."

How do I request a return?

To request a return, simply follow the steps below.

For Users with an Existing Account:

  • Sign in and go to “My Account.”
  • Under “My Orders,” select the order you want to return.
  • Click the "Return" button next to the item and select a reason.
  • You’ll receive an email with a return label or QR code. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the carrier or schedule a pick-up.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email if it’s approved.

For Users without an Existing Account:

  • Visit www.levelshoes.com and click “Track My Order” at the bottom of the homepage.
  • Enter your order ID, last name, and the email associated with your order.
  • Select the item(s) you want to return and follow the steps.
  • You’ll receive an email with a return label or QR code. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the carrier or schedule a pick-up.
  • After we inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email if it’s approved.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 15 business days, depending on your bank. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.

Why was my return not accepted?

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged. Returns for defective items are limited to defects that are not due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions. Please note that earrings, skincare, fragrances, stockings, socks, e-Gift Cards, lotions, shoe-care products, sneakers from raffles, and limited-edition styles are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time. We recommend returning the item(s) within 30 days and placing a new order.

Can I buy an e-Gift Card?

How can I use my e-Gift Card?

At checkout, enter your e-Gift Card number and click “Apply e-Gift Card” to redeem it towards your purchase. If the e-Gift Card balance is less than the total order value, you can select an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance.
