Price Matching

How it Works

• Price Match claims can be made within thirty (30) days from date of purchase, but only once the item has been delivered.
• The Store Credit is only redeemable online via the Level Shoes App and website.
• Once the Price Match claim has been approved and Store Credit received, this item will no longer be eligible for return.

How to Claim

• 1) Contact our Guest Services Team via phone or email using the details below. You must share the links of the product from both the Level Shoes website and the competitor’s website when making your Price Match claim.
• 2) Once our team has approved the Price Match claim as per the criteria below, you will receive an email confirming that your claim has been approved with all the details. You will also receive your Store Credit for the difference between the purchase price and the matched price. You can view your balance under the Account Credit section on the Level Shoes App or website.

In order to receive your Store Credit, you need to have a registered Level Shoes account. You can create one here if you don’t already have one.

If your item(s) are not approved for Price Match, you will be contacted via email or phone by our Guest Services Team to explain why.

Terms and Conditions

• Our Price Match function is only applicable on identical items e.g. brand, style, colour & size.
• Only items eligible for our Price Match function will be noted on the Product Detail Page (PDP) below the Editor’s notes, and will be displayed as the following: We offer Price Match on this item.
• The item must be full price*.
• Shipping, taxes, duties etc. are not included in Price Match, we will only price match the value of the individual item.
• The item must be in stock and available online on the competitor’s website** at the time you claim (in-store availability in replace of this does not apply).
• The item must be available in the same country, i.e. If you purchase your item in the UAE, the competitor’s website and item must also be set to the UAE etc.
• The item must be in the same currency. If not, it will be price matched based on pre-set exchange rates***.
• Price Match claims can be made post purchase by contacting our Guest Services Team via email or phone.

• * Not applicable on discounts, promotions, secondhand outlets, and pre-loved styles
• ** We classify any registered websites with a similar luxury assortment (brands and products) to Level Shoes. For more information and any other queries you may have on our registered competitors, please contact our Guest Services Team via email or phone.
